Black Hills Works is a nonprofit organization which has spent over six decades providing housing, recreation, employment and social outlets for adults with disabilities.
Each year, Black Hills Works celebrates four members of the community by presenting them with Outstanding Achievement Awards at their annual gala.
This year, the gala will be held at Lacroix Hall. The gala is open to the public, and Black Hills Works encourages members of the Black Hills Community to attend and support these remarkable individuals.
The gala will take place over two nights, October 21 and October 22, and two winners will be recognized each night. Each winner will deliver a brief speech outlining their progress and highlighting their accomplishments since becoming members of the Black Hills Works community.
Tickets to the gala are available for $100 per person and proceeds will be used in various ways within the nonprofit. For more information about Black Hills Works and the gala in October, visit their website here.
