Corn Chowder
- 1 tbls cooking oil 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 large onion chopped 1 can cream style corn
- 2 large potatoes 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cups milk
Lightly brown onions. Add cubed potatoes and just enough water to cover. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add corn and heat through. Add evaporated milk and regular milk. Gradually heat Do Not Boil
