City of Sturgis to set up street closures for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

STURGIS, S.D. — Beginning at 2 a.m. Friday, August 5, Sturgis metropolis crews will start setting up for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Street Closures.

Anyone parked in the areas of setup might be topic to getting a ticket and towed.

There might be no entry to Lazelle Street from Main Street due to a highway block being set up. Additionally, a short lived site visitors mild might be positioned at the intersection of Lazelle Street and eleventh Street.

Parking for bikes might be alongside Main Street from fifth Street down previous Middle Street, in addition to alongside 1st, 2nd, third and 4th Streets.

Temporary site visitors lights might be positioned at the intersections of Lazelle Street and 1st Street, and Lazelle Street and third Street.
