Creative Services Producer
Rapid Broadcasting is seeking a talented Video Editor / Videographer / Motion Graphics Artist to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches client expectations. The right candidate will bring creative ideas together to ultimately bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story. This position will assist in shooting, editing and putting the finishing touches on internally produced shows, client videos for TV/digital, station promotions, and other projects as assigned. Position reports to the Creative Services Manager

Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate effectively with clients or company management to understand project needs
- Develop scripts and creative ideas based on conversations with clients
- Set up and operate necessary video/lighting equipment to film
- Ability to identify and capture creative shots while filming
- Manipulate and edit footage to tell compelling stories no matter the project scope/size
- Add music, dialogues, graphics and effects that lend to the storytelling
- Proof final product sales team within department deadlines
- Assist with additional team graphic design needs
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Required Qualifications and Skills
Be proficient in Adobe Premiere CC & After Effects CC
Be proficient in Adobe Suite and Photoshop
Be proficient in PC Based Workstations/Software (Windows10)
Video/photography shooting basics, exposure, spot principles
Have experience shooting footage with DSLR or other HD cameras
Have experience in graphic design and motion graphics
Know the ins-and-outs of trans-coding video to various formats
Be comfortable using web-based applications for upload and distribution.
Have basic knowledge of DVD authoring
Be deadline oriented with an eye for detail
Have stage and lighting experience
HTML 5 animation experience another plus, but not mandatory
Good social skills and ability to interact professionally with internal and external personnel
Bring a positive self-starter attitude to work each day
Ability to handle constructive criticism and adjust accordingly
Works well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour based on experience and quality of past work
