RAPID CITY, S.D. — Those venturing out in Rapid City and the surrounding areas Tuesday morning should use caution and allow extra time to reach their destination due to winter weather conditions.
City of Rapid City crews were out overnight treating roads. The City says day crews began their shift at 3 a.m. and will continue that effort.
