RAPID CITY, S.D. — A free car seat safety check will be available Saturday, January 23 and 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Denny Menholt Toyota in Rapid City.
The event will help determine if the child is in the right car seat, and if it is properly installed.
