RAPID CITY, S.D. — On Friday, Black Hills Harley Davidson received a big thank you from The Gold Star Ride Foundation in appreciation for the ride for a greater cause.
The non-profit provides support and comfort to the families of fallen heroes and to help the organization out, Black Hills Harley Davidson gave them a booth during the “Rally at Exit-55.”
The foundation presented a plaque as a formal ‘thank you’ to Black Hills Harley Davidson as its donations also exceeded ten times more than any other Harley dealership in the world.
“Black Hills Harley Davidson has opened their doors for us, and opened their wallets and their generosity to us, more than any other business in the country,” said Tony Price, the Secretary of the Gold Star Ride Foundation. “So, we wanted to make it a point to schedule a trip to come back out here to be able to present this plaque to them.”
The Gold Star Ride Foundation made the presentation along with The Old Cronies motorcycle club and the DTOM 22/0 Foundation.
