PIERRE, S.D. — Gov. Kristi Noem signed into law several bills related to military and veterans issues on Tuesday, one of which aims to fund a project in Box Elder.
House Bill 1166 appropriates 3.2 million dollars to go to the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority to construct the Liberty Center Wellness Facility.
