HILL CITY, S.D. — If you’re looking for a little indulgence this Valentine’s Day weekend, then look no further than Hill City’s ninth annual Tour de Chocolate.
More than 20 participating merchants will be giving away unique chocolate treats while customers shop in-store specials.
The Polar Bear Chili Cook-Off will also start around 11 a.m. on Main Street, giving visitors a delicious way to warm up despite the expected brutally-cold wind chills this weekend.
