RAPID CITY, S.D. — Country music artist Joe Nichols will return to Rapid City on Monday, August 23 to perform during the 2021 Black Hills Energy Concert Series.
Nichols debuted his first album in 1996 and has accrued six Number Ones and eight Top 10s – such as “Brokenheartsville” and “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off” – since then. He’s a three-time Grammy nominee, and has one American Country Music (ACM), Country Music Association (CMA), and Country Music Television (CMT) awards.
“Joe has played our fair before and we can’t wait for his return”, says Fair Manager Ron Jeffries. “He’s a fun, energetic entertainer that the fans have been asking for; and we couldn’t be happier to have him back for this year’s celebration”
Top 10 recording artist Chase Bryant will be joining Nichols; Bryant will be releasing his album “Upbringing” on July 16.
The 76th annual Central States Fair will take place August 20 thru 29 featuring concerts, Supercross Races, a Demolition Derby, Xtreme Broncs Finals and PRCA Rodeos.
