Just LeDoux It Saloon and Steak Out provides unique crafted whiskey in Big Horn, WY

BIG HORN, W.Y. – Just LeDoux It Saloon and Steak Out in Big Horn, WY, offers their own LeDoux craft whiskey collection. Honoring the late singer/songwriter and world champion bareback rider Chris LeDoux, Missy Beach, Assistant Manager explains how Just Ledoux It got its start.

“Well, we are new to Big Horn. We’ve been open for about five years downtown in Sheridan, but we got the opportunity to move out here and we grew up and became a big restaurant. We’ve been here since October. We are just expanding our patio. We’re going to have an entire venue for this summer. That’s coming soon.”

Kendall “Kayy”, the Lead Bartender, describes their cocktails.

“All of our specialty cocktails are made with the Just LeDoux It liquor. We have so many liquors, no matter if it’s rum, tequila, vodka, bourbon, straight whiskeys, all different types. We even have the cinnamon whiskey. ” One drink they have is an Apple Brown Betty. It is made with their cinnamon honey clove. It’s all natural and made with Wyoming honey. It’s also infused rather than flavored.

The saloon and steak house works very closely the LeDoux Foundation, and a percentage of everything that is labeled LeDoux goes to the foundation.

Beach says she is excited about the events coming up this summer.

“Hopefully, we get some dancing going on this summer. We’ve got live bands every now and then. Right now, we have the Dugan Irby Band every Thursday. We will be expanding that here soon to to have some music, casual music during the brunch hours on Saturday and Sunday. But then we’ll get some big bands out here this summer on Saturday night.”

Just LeDoux It Saloon and Steak Out is open six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday from 11am to 9pm. The also serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm. Visit their website and order their specially crafted whiskey here.
