Key Account Coordinator
Looking to be a part of a creative marketing team in a fast-paced, exciting media industry? NewsCenter1 Media Group is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated sales coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to sales management and key accounts as well as develop new client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and communication skills, have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, and excellent customer service skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process orders and fulfill clients’ needs and requirements
- Input data into platforms used to build and fulfill marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with assigned clients and develop a deep understanding of the clients’ needs
- Work with sales management, traffic, and creative service teams to ensure all client campaigns run smoothly
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor the success of campaigns
- Understand the business objectives and marketing strategies of clients
- Find solutions for client concerns and ways to achieve their goals
- Prepare presentations for prospective clients
- Coordinate and arranging events, meetings, and appointments
- Study market research to help development strategize and analyze success
- Provide effective administrative support to sales management
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, written, and presentation skills
- Competitive personality, energetic and self-motivated
- Excited to learn new things and meet new people
- Proven track record overcoming objectives and adversity
- Have shown a history, whether professional or personal, of effectively convincing others to a point of view
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment with an aptitude for multi-tasking
- Proficient on a PC
- Competent with all Microsoft Office programs
- Experience or understanding of marketing strategies preferred
- Professional appearance required
