RAPID CITY, S.D. — Country music singer-songwriter Kip Moore will kick-off the Black Hills Energy Concert Series on Sunday, August 22 at the Central States Fair.
Moore’s double-platinum hit, “Somethin’ Bout a Truck” in 2012, was quickly followed by three number-one hits like “Hey Pretty Girl,” “Beer Money,” and “More Girls Like You.”
Joining Moore is Nashville up-and-comer Michael Ray, who has made a name for himself with songs such as “Her World or Mine” and “One That Got Away.”
The 76th annual Central States Fair will be held August 20 thru 29 and will feature three nights of concerts, Supercross Races, Demolition Derby, Xtreme Broncs Finals and PRCA rodeos. Country music star Joe Nichols is also slated to perform August 23. Tickets for the CSF go on sale June 15.
