RAPID CITY, S.D. — Main Street Square held their eighth annual Frühlingsfest and Spring Market downtown Saturday.
Local vendors packed into the square with goods like home decor, specialty foods, handmade jewelry, and plants, while attendees enjoyed microbrews and live music from Black Hills band Camp Comfort.
Although things were a bit chilly to start the day, participants were happy the sun eventually came out to kick off the party.
“It’s starting to pick up…It was a little cloudy and now the sun’s out, it’s definitely picking up. There’s been lots of people coming thru…lots of faces,” said Cristina Robles, owner of Huckleberry Creek Candle Co.
“Yea! We’re down here at Frühlingsfest gettin’ our frühl on,” said lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Kevin Bradt of Camp Comfort.
