RAPID CITY, S.D. — Christmas decorations are up around downtown Rapid City and now a sure sign of the season is open.
On Friday, Main Street Square welcomed the first skaters to the rink. Several kids and their parents came out to give the ice a try.
“My favorite part is like going fast and sometimes falling; and like sliding,” said Owen Albers.
The downtown rink gave everyone a chance to have fun while social distancing.
