New upgrades and improvements coming to the Spearfish Rec Center

SPEARFISH, S.D. — The Spearfish Recreation and Aquatics Center has announced a number of new services including 24-hour access.

In response to calls from members, the center is opening up after-hours for most workout facilities, including the locker room and the weight room.

A number of other upgrades are coming as well, including new equipment, a rock climbing wall, a playground, and some expanded summer programs for kids.

Members can get more information and sign up for key fobs for 24-hour access at the Rec Center front desk.
