RAPID CITY, S.D. — A neighborhood girl is elevating cash to assist fund an animal shelter she helped construct in Romania.
During the four-month lengthy journey, Eva Gallant volunteered with a bunch to construct an animal shelter. Housing near 200 canine from Romania and Ukraine — the employees at APAI are working to ensure the animals are cared for.
