RAPID CITY, S.D. — Rapid City Police and the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office will utilize the Central States Fairgrounds for training exercises over the next two weeks.
A large law enforcement presence will be in the area, and the public may hear yelling and sirens.
Parts of San Francisco Street will be closed during the training, including the intersection at Cherry Avenue.
