RAPID CITY, S.D. – The 45th Annual Rodeo Rapid City kicked off Friday at the Summit Arena with the PRCA Xtreme Bulls Tour.
The event featured 40 of the top bull riders in the PRCA including Josh Frost from Utah, who’s currently ranked No. 1 in the bull riding.
Riker Carter from Stone, Idaho won the Xtreme Bulls Tour event with a score of 87 points. He earned $4,004.
Blaine Beaty from Deer Creek, Minnesota was second with a score of 86 points.
