LEAD, S.D. — Now until the end of the October, Terry Peak Ski Area has their season passes half off the regular price.
This season there will be new policies in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, like mandatory masks in the buildings and in the chair lift waiting lines.
Guests are asked to practice social distancing in the buildings and no coolers or gear bags will be allowed inside in order to free up more space.
Linda Derosier, The Marketing Director at Terry Peak is hoping that the fresh air will help lift the spirits of many this winter season.
Derosier says, “It’s probably one of the best and most natural ways to stay social distanced. I mean it’s a good recreation, it’s good exercise for people to get out and it’s good mentally for people to get out and enjoy the outdoors.”
Terry Peak expects to be open for full operations on December 12. Click here for more information.
They will host a job fair on November 14.
