Well folks, it’s time for Season 1, Episode 33 of “The Erik Files.” This will be a Cliffs Notes Version if you will. We can describe this past weekend in 2 words: Cold & Snowy. Here in Rapid City, we had 0.24″ at the airport, and 0.28″ downtown.
GET READY FOR A CHILLY WEEK! (BOTH CHILLY, AND CHILI AS IN WHAT’S IN MY FRIDGE!)
As for today, we haven’t moved much in the temperature department.
Notice how we haven’t moved much over the past several hours. We’ve hovered between 29 and 33 degrees.
7 DAY FORECAST
I am showing this early because this is pretty critical. Our 30 year average is 60 degrees. We’ll get “somewhat” close on Tuesday with highs’s in the upper 40’s/low 50’s. After that, it’s going down, and I don’t think anyone’s yelling Timber. Look at Friday, Saturday & Sunday! We’ll see highs in the 20’s. Upper 20’s will be the rule on Friday, with Upper Teens – Low 20’s by Sunday. This is something we will be keeping an eye on as it inches closer on the 7 Day.
Enjoy your Monday & Stay Warm
