STURGIS, S.D. — The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally has been running for a week now, and thousands are still out and about. Visitors and locals are riding, shopping, and dining throughout the town of Sturgis.
Herds of bikes are still lining the streets and cruising in and around the Black Hills.
“I just like everything, we went to Devil’s Tower yesterday and that was totally, totally awesome, I mean everyone should go there,” says one guest.
Right in the epicenter of the action, the party is nonstop, no matter the time of day.
For many it’s a tradition, but for some first timers it’s a check off of the bucket list.
“I’m not getting any younger, might as well live for today here. Keeping my distance, going outside, staying away from most people,” says another guest.
Based on years past, the crowd is a bit smaller, but nonetheless those that came out this year appear to making the most of it.
