RAPID CITY, S.D. – With the tourism season getting ready to kick off, Visit Rapid City can also be getting ready for a new season and new changes.
Brook Kaufman is likely one of the metropolis’s latest residents, and as of Tuesday morning, the latest President and CEO of town’s official advertising group.
