WATCH: Air Force dad surprises daughter at high school graduation

KINGS MILL, Ohio — An Ohio high school student got a very special surprise before her graduation ceremony over the weekend.

Grace Macke was called to the stage before her graduation ceremony, along with her family. She thought she would just be viewing a video message from her dad, who was deployed to the Middle East in the fall.

But instead, Master Sergeant Drew Macke came out onto the stage to surprise her!

The crowd cheered as they hugged, proving there’s no greater bond than the one between a father and his little girl.

The U.S. Air Force allowed Master Sergeant Macke to come home early for the surprise. Military officials worked with grace’s high school to pull the whole thing off.
