Wobbly Bobby, located in downtown Rapid City is a cozy old world style pub.
Halie Goshorn, a Bartender at Wobbly Bobby says, “We offer, first and foremost, 48 different types of beer on draft. We have a lot of local favorites that we serve here. And we also have an excellent selection of whiskey, scotch and bourbons. We have our own specialized cocktail menu.”
“It’s very cozy in here. We have mahogany wood everywhere. It is great for conversations. We have a lot of people who come in here even do business type meetings early on in the day. We have many people come in here to even do homework. We have a lot of the School of Mines students come in here that do their homework in a quiet little booth, have a few drinks.”
Goshorn describes the games featured at Wobbly Bobby. “We have so many different types of games. Actually, Thursday is our kind of designated game day. We bring everybody in. A lot of people come in. They play magic and different styles of card trading games. We have a great trivia crowd. I can always use more too, but we do that from 6 to 8 p.m. every Wednesday.”
Some fun features about Wobbly Bobby is the free popcorn and the outfits that are worn. “The best thing we’ve got going on is two for one Tuesdays. Most definitely come check it out if you haven’t. We’re located just right off the square downtown. It’s a wonderful place. We also are getting cornhole and giant Jenga outside, so that is going to be awesome on the patio out there this summer. And we have a firepit that will be going as well on the patio.”
Wobbly Bobby is open Tuesday through Saturday from 3 p.m. until midnight.
